Avenues to Wealth Cooperative Overview

This is an amazing opportunity for you to be on "ground level" from the beginning and enjoy fantastic deals and ownership opportunities in many upcoming future projects.

The Cooperative is open exclusively to Avenues to Wealth Distributors only. Membership of the Cooperative is by first being an active distributor with Avenues to Wealth, and then applying online to be a member of the Cooperative.

Avenues to Wealth wanted to secure some mouth-watering deals for its distributors and we were informed that the only way to do this and be 100% legitimate was to create an official Cooperative. The Cooperative provides a legal framework for us to achieve a lot of exciting new things that are planned locally for A2W Nigeria and for the international business.

Now together we can achieve the following 100% legally:



We can encourage and motivate our cooperative members to SAVE
We can give loans to members, helping them to achieve their dreams: i.e. Expensive cars, vacations they cannot immediately afford, children's school fees, emergencies or even build their dream home!
We can create a welfare pool to support our ranked distributors who are having significant events
We can invest together and give our members an opportunity to earn a fantastic additional income.
We can begin to take giant strides together towards the starting of a whole group of companies: i.e. A2W Microfinance Bank, A2W Mortgage, A2W Shopping Mall, A2W Farms, A2W Transport, A2W Airlines, A2W Halls and Hotels, A2W properties and Estates, etc.

The Cooperative Made Easy

To be part of the Avenues to Wealth Cooperative Multipurpose Society, you must first have an active Privilege Pack with Avenues to Wealth.

There are THREE parts to the A2W Cooperative:

Registration

Firstly, you MUST complete and submit a "Registration Form".

Please print and complete the registration form, then either:

Scan and email a copy to cooperative@avenuestowealth.com
or send it to Avenues to Wealth Ltd, 3rd Floor Onigbagbo House, 71 Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.
The registration fee is N3,000 or $22, depending on how you wish to pay.

You will be contacted within 24-48 hours after submitting your completed form and registration fee. Membership of the Cooperative is subject to Exco approval and will be confirmed via email.


Monthly Savings

The savings are yours; it is money you are saving for yourself.

Each member of the Cooperative has a Monthly Savings Plan and MUST make a payment each month of N5,000 to N500,000 to maintain their Coop eligibility. It is always best to start with what you know you can sustain, you can always increase the amount at a later date.

There are 12 saving months per year and the window for funding is every month.

Payment for Savings MUST be confirmed by completing the Online Payment Form. If a payment form is not submitted when funds are deposited and received, we will have no alternative but to hold the funds outside of the Cooperative until a payment form is received. Only once the payment form is received will the funds be allocated to your Cooperative Account and only then is it entitled to share in anything the cooperative makes or otherwise.

The Monthly Savings Plan gives the member a history with the Cooperative, and is the basis of entitlement for loans, welfare packages and other privileges that may be available from the Cooperative in the future.

After contributing to the Monthly Savings Plan for at least SIX months, you will be entitled to apply for a loan or welfare packages if and when required. (Subject to terms)

Please note
Monthly Savings Plan withdrawals take up to 30 days to process from the time we receive your online withdrawal request.


Share Capital

The Share Capital Investments are what the Cooperative will use for capital investments for short and long term returns.

The Share Capital Investment is currently set at N1,100 per share.

You must purchase a minimum of 50 shares = N55,000.
Subsequent deposits must be in multiples of N55,000.

Share Capital Investment - Maximum Guidelines
A2W Distributors: Maximum of 500 units (N550,000)
A2W Bronze Distributors: Maximum of 2,000 units (N2,200,000)
A2W Silver Distributors: Maximum of 10,000 units (N11,000,000)
A2W Gold Distributors: Maximum of 20,000 units (N22,000,000) A2W Platinum Distributors: Maximum of 50,000 units (N55,000,000)

Monies kept in the share capital can be cashed if other Coop members are willing to buy them out or by giving due notice to Cooperative and other terms upheld in the byelaws of the cooperative.

There are 4 investment months per year and the window for funding is every 3 months. Dividends will be declared twice a year based on returns achieved.
